We do this if we detect that your connection to our service may not be fast enough to support HD playback. The internet connection speed at your home or location can vary from minute to minute.

The videos that you purchase for rental, subscription, and to own are available on the "My Library" page. This proivdes a nicely organized view of all of your active products. Viewing is simple, just click or tap the video to start watching.
